Never miss a client.
The clienteling tool built for luxury boutiques, where your client relationships already live.
Built where it's used.
ADÂMO is a fur and cashmere house with boutiques in London, Istanbul, Antalya and Bodrum. Luna was built inside it — not as a product, but because our own advisors were losing track of the people who matter most to us.
It has since become the way we work. Every conversation, in one place.
We are opening it to a small number of boutiques who recognise the problem.
Where client relationships live today.
Three places. None of them yours.
Every client, every advisor, one endless thread.
Client history scattered across files nobody keeps updated.
And the rest lives in one person's head — until they leave.
A new collection drops. Nobody knows who to call.
Luna holds all of it. Quietly, in one place.
Set up for you, start to finish. Your clients stay in WhatsApp and install nothing.

Your best clients don't leave. They fade.
A client spends eighteen thousand pounds over four years, then stops. Nobody notices, because nothing happened. There was no complaint, no closing of an account. She simply stopped coming, and the boutique carried on.
Luna notices. Every morning it puts five clients in front of your advisors: who has gone quiet, how long, what they bought, and what to say. Not a list to work through. A reason to reach out, and the words to do it.
Bought a sable coat each of the last three Octobers, always in 38. Nothing this year. Her birthday falls on 12 May.
Four cashmere pieces in two years, all in camel. Buys roughly every four months; this is the longest she has been away.

How Luna works
Quietly, in the background. No dashboards to learn, no habits to unpick. Luna works the way your boutique already does, and simply remembers everything you can't.
Your clients stay in WhatsApp
No new app for them, nothing to install. Every thread lands in Luna, with the client's history beside it.
Client intelligence
Every purchase, preference, and note in one place. Searchable across your whole team.
Smart re-engagement
Luna surfaces clients who've gone quiet, ranked by value. Your advisors reach out, not chase.
Understand every message, whatever the language.
A client writes in their language. Luna shows you exactly what they mean, instantly.
No client waits because someone's off.
When an advisor steps away, their clients are quietly covered. Nothing slips.
See what your advisors see.
Choose a client. Luna surfaces exactly what your advisors would see: the history, the sizes, and the moment to reach out.
A glimpse of Luna. Simulated.
The considered path to something essential.
Luna was drawn the way it works. Patiently, one considered pass after another, until only what mattered remained.

Common questions
Clienteling is the practice of building long-term relationships with individual clients using their purchase history, sizes, and preferences, rather than marketing to everyone at once. In luxury retail it is what a good advisor has always done from memory and a notebook. Clienteling software is what holds that knowledge when the notebook is not enough.
Luna sends and receives through WhatsApp, so clients install nothing and see no change. Advisors work in Luna, where the conversation sits next to the client's purchase history, sizes and notes.
Luna connects to Square and Shopify POS, syncing purchase history so every client profile carries what they have actually bought. Other integrations are added as boutiques need them.
Most clienteling platforms are built for mid-size and enterprise brands and treat re-engagement as one feature among many. Luna is built for independent luxury boutiques and is built around one thing: recovering clients who have gone quiet. It surfaces them every morning, ranked by value, with the purchase history behind why they matter.
Not freely. WhatsApp allows open replies only within 24 hours of a client's last message. After that you must use a message template approved by WhatsApp in advance. Luna checks the window for you and uses approved templates when it has closed, so advisors do not have to think about the rule.
Luna records marketing consent per client and enforces it on the server, not just in the interface. Until consent is recorded for a client, marketing templates to that client are blocked outright. Imported client data does not carry consent with it, so consent has to be gathered before that client can be marketed to.
Yes. Luna translates incoming messages inline, so an advisor sees what a client means whichever language they write in.
Independent luxury boutiques, from a single door upward, where the relationship with the client is the business. Luna was built inside ADÂMO, a fur and cashmere house with boutiques in London, Istanbul, Antalya and Bodrum, across three thousand four hundred clients and five years of purchase history.
